Solar Sounders

I have been obsessed with Peter Blasser's circuits ever since I got into synthesizers, and finally had the opportunity to dive deep into his designs while taking an architecture class called Shape Machine Applications, which explored practical applications of a Rhino plugin created to computationally implement shape grammars.

During this class I analyzed the design grammars of the circuits in Blasser's Solar Sounder series and began developing a paradigm for generating new circuits in this style using shape grammars. My shape machine design ended up kinda working but it's not incredibly robust yet. To test it out I inputted a new design meant to simulate the sound of a pair of woodpeckers in a forest.
